Terms of Use

Hermes Mail Assistant is a private, single-user tool. It is operated by, and available only to, the owner of the Google account it is authorised against. It is not a commercial product, is not offered to the public, and has no users other than its owner.

Permitted use

The tool may be used only by its owner, on the owner's own equipment, against the owner's own email account. No other use is granted or permitted.

No warranty

The tool is provided as-is, without warranty of any kind, express or implied. It is a personal automation utility and may contain defects. The owner accepts all risk arising from its use.

No liability

As the tool has no users other than its owner and is not distributed to third parties, no liability is accepted to any third party for any loss arising from its operation, including missed, misfiled, or archived email. Archiving is reversible and no email is permanently deleted by the tool.

Third-party services

The tool communicates only with Google's own APIs, using the authorisation granted by the account owner. It is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or sponsored by Google.

Changes

These terms may be updated if the tool's function changes. The date above reflects the current version.
